Cheesy Pull Apart Rolls

Easy and delicious, I could eat these rolls every night of the week. And every morning and midday, too. This is a quick prep dish, and it will also quickly disappear from the table. Actually, it may not even make it to the table. There are many versions of this pull apart rolls, and you can certainly develop pretty much any taste profile you want. After reading through some variations, I decided to make my own concoction. It may be very similar to some Pinterest recipes, but either way, these rolls were buttery yums.


  • 16oz tube of refrigerated biscuits (the one with 8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cup mexican cheese blend (or cheddar cheese)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cut each biscuit into sixths. Place in a large bowl. Add in onion powder, garlic powder, cheese, and olive oil. Stir to combine.
  3. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Portion the biscuits to where each cup gets around 3-4 biscuit pieces. Any cheese left at the bottom of the bowl can be sprinkled on top. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Makes 12 pull apart rolls.
