CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
The title says it all. Makes 5 dozen.
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 ea eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
FIRST: Preheat oven to 375.
SECOND: In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
THIRD: Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Beat in flour mixture.
FOURTH: Stir in chocolate chips.
FIFTH: Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
