Today I have decided to make an easy Italian (Americanized) meal that is versatile. Most things can be substituted and it will still come off as simple. Check your pantry first to see what can be swapped out, and you'll get an easy weeknight dish. 


Chicken Penne Casserole took a little time, but the prep work was quick. It was also a bit bland, but you could easily intensify it with your own flavors. The recipe was from The Taste of Home Cookbook.
